These terms cover how we work together when you hire Maverick Cleaning for window, glass and mirror, gutter, solar-panel, or solar-shingle cleaning. They're written plainly because that's how we operate.

Quotes and scheduling

Estimates are provided based on the work described and what we see on site. We confirm a time before the visit and aim to show up when we said. If we need to reschedule, we'll let you know as early as we can; we ask the same of you.

The work and honest limits

We do the work described in your quote. On hard-water and sprinkler etching, results vary: some mineral spotting lifts completely and some only improves. We tell you before we start which one we expect, so the result is never a surprise. On solar-panel and solar-shingle cleaning, we use deionized water and soft tools — no abrasives, no high-pressure spray — the gentle method panel manufacturers require, so cleaning the right way is consistent with keeping your manufacturer warranty intact.

Making it right

If you're not happy with the result of a cleaning, contact us and we'll come back and make it right at no additional charge. We'd rather fix it than leave a job that wasn't done well.

Payment

We send an invoice for completed work. Payment is due as stated on the invoice. We currently accept Zelle; ask us about other options.

Access and safety

We need safe access to the windows, gutters, roof, or panels being serviced. For everyone's safety, we follow safe practices and may decline or pause work where conditions (weather, unstable surfaces, hazards) make it unsafe to continue.

Liability

We carry insurance for the work we perform. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects, or conditions (such as already-failing seals, cracked glass, loose gutters, or aged panel hardware) that we identify or that become apparent during service; where we spot something like that, we'll flag it for you.
